I help successful business owners grow a team they can trust to run the business alongside them.

Hi, I’m Pip

“Pip helped me zoom out and see the business as an ecosystem. She called out blind spots I didn’t see, helped me simplify, and brought structure to my vision. I left with clarity, priorities, and a roadmap for what to do and when to do it. What I appreciated most was how human the session felt.”

Kotaro

“Pip was a critical driver of the company's operational efficiency and cultural cohesion".”

Dean

“Pip has a remarkable ability to cut through complexity and identify what truly matters.”

1. Decide what you want.

You've built something great, now let's make it work for you.

This is where we take stock and get clear on what you actually want from the business from here, and the role you want to play in it.

What we work on:

2. See your business clearly

An honest look at how your business really runs.

We map where the work flows, where it bottlenecks around you, and what your people are really capable of. The gap between where you are and where you want to be becomes clear.

3. Build trust in your team

A team that takes real ownership, so it's not all on you.

The fear is always the same: loosen your grip, even a little, and the work won't be up to your standard. So you hold on to everything, because holding on feels safer.

This is where that changes. We build real trust and a culture of ownership in your team, so your standard holds even when you step back, and you stay in control of what matters most. Letting go stops feeling like a gamble, because you know your team has it.

It happens one win at a time. The vision stays firmly yours. What changes is that you're no longer the only one carrying it all.

What changes.

You go from holding it all up to leading something you love.

You're no longer the bottom layer everything rests on. You lead a business that runs well, with a team that's genuinely engaged and pulling its weight, while you spend your time on the parts you love most.

The result is what every owner wants and few reach: a business you're proud of, that doesn't depend on you alone, and that you genuinely enjoy owning.

Why this works

Most consultants install systems and leave. Most coaches work on your mindset but never touch how the business actually runs. Leadership programmes teach theory and never go near the real fear: what if I step back and it all falls apart?

My work is different. I focus on the part everyone else skips: building genuine trust between you and your team, so your people take real ownership and the business runs well with you, not on top of you.

People Before Process

You don’t need another operating manual, real change start with your team and how you interact with them.

A Culture of Trust

You trust them and they trust you. Everybody’s role and responsibility is clear and each has room to perform at their best.

Leaders, Not Just Managers

We grow your managers into leaders who solve problems, instead of bringing every one of them to you.

A Business You Love Leading

The goal isn't to work harder, or to disappear. It's a business that runs well, with a team you trust, that you genuinely enjoy owning.

This Is For You If…

You’re the bottleneck and nothing moves without you.

You work long, exhausting hours and can’t take a real break.

Your team relies on you for every decision.

Growth has stalled at your personal capacity.

Delegation attempts have failed or backfired.

You want a self-sufficient team and more freedom.

You’re ready to become the leader who develops leaders.

This Is Not For You If…

X You don’t have a team to develop yet.

X You want quick hacks or copy-paste solutions.

X You believe only you can do it right.

X You want someone to do the work for you.

X You’re not ready to let go of day-to-day control.

My journey to helping founders started unexpectedly when I inheriting my mom's business at 27 after she passed away. Over nine years, I transformed that local shop into a national leading art supplies retailer, achieving 93% staff retention and building it to run so independently that I could sell profitably and walk away easily.

That experience taught me the founder's dilemma: how do you scale beyond yourself without losing quality or control? Since then, I've worked as a fractional COO for tech startups and agencies, discovering that most founders stay trapped not because they want to, but because they don't have the tools to delegate effectively or build trust-based accountability in their teams.

My approach leans on the last 15 years of experience and enables the shift founders need to move from operator to leader, building trust in your team that makes stepping away feel empowering, not terrifying.

As an ultra-distance trail runner, I understand what we're all capable of when we build the right foundations and trust the process.

I live by courage and curiosity, helping founders do the same.

“Courage is the measure of our heartfelt participation with life, with another, with a community, a work; a future.”
